Objective

We partnered with KanoParty to build and deliver the entire platform end-to-end: from technical design and UX to full-stack development and deployment.

The platform needed to serve three key user groups seamlessly:

  • Customers: Search for venues, book online and pay securely.
  • Venue Owners: Manage offerings and reservations.
  • Administrators: Oversee and manage the system with full control.

As with many early-stage ventures, the challenge was to move fast from idea to launch without the overhead of managing a full in-house team, while collaborating with KanoParty's founders to bring it to life.

Solution

We approached the project holistically, combining design, engineering and infrastructure to deliver a production-ready marketplace.

Design & Technical Analysis

  • Created a detailed design document and technical plan.
  • Delivered high-fidelity responsive wireframes to work on the UI/UX of all screens.

CI/CD & DevOps

  • Automated deployments with GitHub Actions.
  • Infrastructure modules built in Terraform, reusable across environments.
  • Secure workflows via GitHub PRs and OpenID Connect.

Deployment

  • Web application deployed on AWS prepared to scale as traffic increases.
  • Optimization of workflows to balance speed, cost and reliability.

Results

The collaboration resulted in the KanoParty MVP delivered in time, polished and fully featured. KanoParty reliably enables parents to organize stress-free events, gives venue owners efficient tools to manage their business and provides administrators with full system control. The CI/CD workflows ensure blazing fast, robust deployments, while Infrastructure as Code enables simplified infrastructure management. Leveraging cost-optimized AWS resources, the platform is future-proof and ready to scale.
