In this talk, Paris Kasidiaris takes a quick walk down memory lane back to 2014, when we had to manage the compromise of our main application server at SourceLair — our first company and an online IDE — by a botnet.

While it's important to do our best to prevent issues, things often go sideways regardless of how well we prepare. Ultimately, how we respond to such events is what builds trust with our customers, both at that time and in the future.
